Amy Stasch was born and raised in rural Northern California, and has lived in Indiana, Washington, Nebraska, and Arizona. Through college and her 20s, she explored several traditions, but never felt inclined to join a church. She moved to Lakewood in 2018. Shortly after, at Common Flame, she found her first spiritual home. A year later, she was quite surprised to find herself actually joining a church! At Common Flame she has participated in several Going Deeper and Circle of Connection groups, and attended numerous classes. Amy appreciates the strong community of Common Flame that 'lets you in but doesn't let you off,' as she seeks greater meaning, engagement, and interdependence. Amy works in federal land management.
